Pacific Ethanol seeks to raise $100 million

April 27, 2012 |

In California, 24/7 Wall St reports that Pacific Ethanol filed an S-3 with the SEC to allow it to raise up to $100 million in capital.  The filing allows the company to raise money with any combination of stock, either preferred or common, warrants or debt.  24/7 noted that no underwriters were named at this time, and that any “reaction may be a bit premature as this was just a shelf registration statement.”
