Biofuels Digest Index slips to 66.85 as ethanol drops

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, lost 0.73 percent to 66.85 as ethanol dropped.  For the day, The Andersons (ANDE) shed 3.78 percent to $47.84, while Solazyme (SZYM) rebounded 3.35 percent to $10.17.  Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 2.27 percent to $0.86.  Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
