Largest UK biodiesel plant opens

In the UK, Agri opened the country’s largest biodiesel plant on Wednesday with the transport minister praising the culmination of the six-year project’s development to produce 16 million liters of biodiesel annually from used cooking oil. The company’s national customer base includes more than 50,000 restaurants and retailers who will supply the oil for feedstock.
