$18M NY biofuels project back on track

In New York, the $18 million biofuel project developed by Griffiss Utility Services Corp that six months ago appeared to stall and looked like he might not make it has instead reversed course and is right on track. The project has received $1.5 million in state grants, validating the project that will set up wood chip-based power production at the former Griffiss Air Force Base.
