Incobrasa Industries wins $1.8M judgment against AGR Petroleum over biodiesel contracts

In Illinois, a McLean County jury has awarded a $1.8 million verdict to Incobrasa Industries Ltd., a biodiesel manufacturing firm in Gilman, following a contract dispute with AGR Petroleum LLC. The award is equal to the amount of compensation owed to Incobrasa Industries for nearly 700,000 gallons of biodiesel.

During the summer of 2008, AGR contracted with Incobrasa to purchase biodiesel. Of the fourteen contracts signed, only nine were honored.
