Air Canada completes first biofuels-powered flight

In Canada, Air Canada flew its first biofuel-powered flight on Monday to coincide with the start of the Rio+20 conference, flying from Toronto to Mexico City while producing 40% fewer emissions. The flight, supported by Airbus, used recycled cooking oil-based fuel supplied by SkyNRG.
