Biofuels Digest Index tumbles to to 63.31 as global equities drop

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, tumbled 1.32 percent to 63.31 as global equities sagged again.  For the day, Gevo (GEVO) managed a 4.15 percent jump to $8.11, while Amyris soared 20.67 percent to $3.97 on product partnership news.  Among other equities, Renewable Energy Group led the downside with a 7.69 percent fall to $6.48.  Overall, declines led advances 5 to 1 for the day.
