GE Aviation, Great Plains in talks for camelina biofuels jet engine tests

In Ohio, GE Aviation is talking with Great Plains Oil & Exploration about using the company’s camelina oil as biofuel feedstock for renewable jet fuel. The company is also exploring algae as a potential feedstock. It is currently working to source millions of gallons of biofuels for jet engine testing.
