South Africa says aviation biofuels strategy draft available in Q3.

In South Africa, Public Enterprises Minister Malusi Gigaba announced, at the launch of the Climate Change Policy Framework for State-owned companies, that his department would issue a draft South AFrican aviation biofuel strategy, some time during Q3 2012. The government has brought together technical groups to consider options, after South African Airlines said that it hoped to have biofuels making up 50 percent of its fuel supply by 2020 in order to meet emissions requirements.
