Aemetis acquires Cilion and its ethanol plant in Keyes.

In California, Aemetis has acquired Cilion including its 55 million gallon per year ethanol plant in Keyes, thanks to a $15 million term loan and an $18 million working capital financing facility provided to Aemetis from its existing lender Third Eye Capital. Aemetis had already upgraded and restarted the facility, which has been operating for more than a year.
