Court rules in favor of Biodiesel Alicante in permitting fight

In Spain, Valencia’s regional court Tribunal Superior de Justicia has ruled in favor of Biodiesel Alicante who sought to open a 25,000 metric ton per year biodiesel plant in the port of Alicante but wasn’t granted permission by the city back in 2007. The city has been fined $970,000 as a result.
