New S50 renewable fuel uses waste feedstocks

In Spain, IUCT has developed a technology to produce S50, a fatty acid glycerol formal ester that may be used as an additive to the diesel/biodiesel blend or as a biofuel for the road market and uses glycerol, vegetable oils, animal fats or used cooking oils as feedstock.
