Cargill calls for U.S. ethanol mandate to be addressed in light of drought

In Washington, Cargill is following the lead of livestock producers and some Midwestern state governors saying that the drought and its effect on ethanol production needs to be addressed so as to avoid undue burden on farmers and consumers.
