Brazilian mills at risk of mergers and takeovers

In Brazil, weak and small sugar mills are at risk of takeover by mega-giants such as Bunge, Cargill and Louis Dreyfus as well as Petrobras, Cosan and Tereos who are on the look out for good merger opportunities. The International Sugar Organization says that weaker mills aren’t crushing enough in order to pay their debt.
