Brazilian ethanol exports to the US surge in July

In Brazil, ethanol exports to the US soared in July, bringing in $304.8 million in FOB sales as volumes tripled to 410.7 million liters. The opportunity to export to the US reopened due to soaring ethanol prices there based on drought across the US and spiking corn prices. Ethanol exports to the US are up 143% on the year through July.
