Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 61.89 on advanced biofuels, enzymes gain

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, jumped 1.33 percent to 61.89 as advanced biofuels and enzyme stocks gained.  For the day, Novozymes (NZMB) surged 5.52 percent to $26.38 on a good earnings report, while Amyris (AMRS)  dropped 3.46 percent to $3.91. Among other equities, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) rallied another 6.89 percent to $6.36 on strong Q2 earnings. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day
