Biofuels Digest Index flat at 61.65 despite advanced biofuels dip

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, was flat at  61.65 as advanced biofuels dipped but ethanol recovered.  For the day, Ceres (CERE) plunged 9.39 percent to $6.85, while Renewable Energy Group (REGI) fell 7.37 percent to $5.78. Among other equities,  Green Plains Renewable Energy (GPRE) rallied another 6.96 percent to $4.92. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 2 for the day.
