Front Range Energy shuttered for two weeks in August

In Colorado, despite several ethanol plants around the country preparing to re-open after being shuttered during the summer, Front Range Energy in Windsor shut its doors for two weeks in August for the first time in its six-year history. A local feedlot owner says that high feed prices mean a lost of up to $160 per head.
