Oregon looking to adopt California’s LCFS

In Oregon, the state’s Environmental Quality Commission is looking to adopt policies related to gasoline and diesel—and therefore ethanol and biodiesel—from its neighbor California as early as December, known as the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard. The policy is currently in federal appeals court examining the law’s constitutionality.
