Norwegian biodiesel plant manager arrested over fraud

In Norway, the plant manager of a biodiesel plant was arrested on Aug. 31 on suspicion of money laundering and declaring imported biodiesel as feedstock, either through false declarations or through triangular trade. Investigations are still on-going but could represent fraud worth up to $52.5 million.
