Presidential candidates share views on biofuels and RFS

In Washington, D.C., the American Farm Bureau Federation received questionnaire responses from President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney regarding their positions on various issues including renewable energy. President Obama highlighted that the Renewable Fuel Standard is helping to boost biodiesel production and support 39,000 jobs. Romney also supports the RFS, but in combination with rapidly increasing US petroleum production.
