Swedish Iggesund operating paper mill on 100% biofuel

In Sweden, Iggesund Paperboard opened a new recover boiler at its mill in Inggesund. The boiler allows Inggesund to increase its Invercote paperboard production and operate the facility on 100% biofuel. The project cost $312 million (EUR 240 million). Another recovery boiler is being built at the company’s mill in Workington, England which will cost $159.9 million (EUR 123 million) and e completed in spring 2013.
