Greenergy and Cleantech finalize investment partnership

In the UK, Greenergy Holdings Inc. has finalized its investment partnership with Swiss-managed fund Cleantech Projektgesellschaft mbH. Cleantech will own over $10 million in Greenergy shares, equal to 20.78 million primary shares. Cleantech is managed by Swiss fund Thomas Lloyd Global Asset Management. The partnership was finalized following the incorporation of Biomass Holdings, Inc., a new subsidiary to manage investments.
