Biofuels Digest Index recovers to 64.09 as ethanol escalates

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, recovered 0.27 percent to 64.09 as ethanol escalated. For the day, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) fell 2.17 percent to $5.40, while KiOR (KIOR) dropped 4.35 percent to $5.93. Among other equities, Biofuel Energy (BIOF) jumped 13.13 percent to $7.15. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
