Kilfrost creates bio-derived heat transfer fluid

October 15, 2012 |

In the United Kingdom, Kilfrost has its in-house research and development facilities to create a high performance, bio-derived heat transfer fluid. CooltransSustain CTS is derived from a fully sustainable source, making it a greener alternative to traditional monoethylene glycol and monopropylene glycol-based heat transfer products. CooltransSustain CTS is non-hazardous and can be used at lower operating temperatures.

Kilfrost will be exhibiting its Cooltrans range which can be used in commercial and industrial cooling applications at Chillventa 2012 in Nuremberg, Germany.
