A number of top companies in the sector announced personnel moves this week. In Wisconsin, Virent announced that R. Krug Fenz, Senior Manager, M&A and Commercial Finance, Americas, for Shell Oil Company, has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Fenz will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee. At A&S Total Cleaning, Roxana Delgado was appointed CFO. In California, Amyris announced that Charles Kraft, a specialty fermentation industry veteran, has been appointed Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Process Development. And in Texas, Glycos Biotechnologies announced the appointment of Dr. Wan Abdul Rahaman bin Wan Yaacob to the Company’s Asia Board of Directors. Dr. Wan has 40 years of experience in the biotechnology and rubber industries including both research and executive level positions.
