Ethanol production down from last week, but represents 9.11% of gasoline demand

In Washington, the Renewable Fuels Association has released ethanol production data for last week with ethanol production averaging 811,000 barrels per day or 34.06 million gallons, down 13,000 b/d from the week before. However, expressed as a percentage of daily gasoline demand, ethanol production represents 9.11% of the market. Ethanol imports sat around 6000 b/d, the lowest in 7 weeks.
