AFPM tries to get EPA to waive 2013 biodiesel mandate
In Washington, American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers has filed a petition with the EPA seeking a waiver on the biomass-based diesel requirement under the 2013 RFS which was boosted to 1.28 billion gallons from 1 billion gallons this year.
