Court grants eviction notice to Green Power at Washington’s Port of Pasco

In Washington state, Franklin County Superior Court has given the Port of Pasco the right to evict the Green Power biofuels plant for failing to pay nearly $234,000 in past rent. The company’s CEO didn’t even show up at the court hearing. The county sheriff’s office is expected to place locks on the unfinished plant next week.
