Biox quits Port of New York biodiesel plans

In New York state, Biox will no longer go forward with the 100 million liter per year biodiesel plant it had planned to build with International- Matex Tank Terminals at the Port of New York due to a change in market dynamics since the project was announced in June. As a result, the company will face a $700,000 termination charge during Q1.
