General Biodiesel accepts $62,985 penalty from EPA

In Washington, General Biodiesel has accepted a penalty of $62,985 for their EPA reporting failures, which occurred during construction in 2009 and 2010. The company failed to report the presence of potentially hazardous chemicals on site while their facility was being constructed. GB has cooperated fully with the EPA during the investigation.
