City of Chennai looking to abate mosquitoes with bio-pesticide fogging motorcycles

In India, the city of Chennai is looking at ways to abate mosquitoes.  One plan under consideration would import Kenyan pyrethrum bio-pesticide, which is sourced from chrysanthemum flowers.  One of the companies invited to help develop a plan are looking to use motorcycle exhaust pipes to conduct the fogging.  The plan is being developed in response to dengue fever cases following an increase in mosquitoes due to rain.
