ISO says Brazilian ethanol exports hit 3.05 billion liters in 2012

In the UK, the International Sugar Organization says that Brazilian ethanol exports reached a three-year high in 2012 with 3.05 billion liters exported. About 2.05 billion liters went to the US. Total exports reached about 1.95 billion liters in 2010 and 2011. December sugar exports also reached a high thanks to an unexpected last-minute boost in sugar production at the end of the crushing season.
