Green Fuel still in hot water despite plan to re-start production

In Zimbabwe, despite announcements that Green Fuel would re-start ethanol production last week, permission has not yet been granted because the energy and power development minister says the company has not yet completed the requirements set out by the cabinet in September including making peace with the local communities near to the project.
