Group pushing for support to North Carolina’s feedstock availability
In North Carolina, Oxford’s Biofuels Center is hoping AdvantageWest, the business booster group, will use a $750,000 grant to boost low cost cellulosic biofuel feedstock production in the region that will lead to increased energy independence within the next decade. The center wants to see local biofuel production reach 10% of demand by then.
