In Michigan, Eco Bio Plastics Midland held an opening ceremony for their product plant. A Midland Daily News article reports that the plant cost about $10.54 million, and should create 30 jobs. Eco grinds pulp products and shredded paper into a fine powder that is then used as a filler for plastics, and including polyethylene and polypropylene. The final product is pellet that can be used for a number of products.
