North Dakota firm buys Nebraska ethanol plant at auction for $22 million

In Nebraska, Choice Ethanol Holding of Fargo, North Dakota bought the NEDAK Ethanol Plant of Atkinson at a public auction on Tuesday for $22 million. The offer was the opening bid and after 10 minutes, with no other bids, the plant was sold. The secured maximum limit on the property was for $42.5 million.
