RFA wants CARB to revise ILUC penalties after two year delay
In Washington, the Renewable Fuels Association has written a letter to California Air Resources Board (CARB) Chairwoman Mary Nichols because more than two years have passed since CARB committed to revise indirect land use change (ILUC) penalties assessed against certain biofuels as part of the state’s Low Carbon Fuels Standard.
