Dow Agrosciences Enlist crops first sales now expected in 2014

In Indiana, Reuters reports that Dow AgroSciences is now reporting that first sales of their Enlist crops will be in 2014. The Reuters article sites that U.S. farmers are already purchasing their seeds for the 2013 crop, and that Dow has not yet received approval their Enlist. At this point, Dow plans on starting with their Enlist corn, then move on to their Enlist soybean and cotton. These products are intended to be used along with their Enlist herbicide, which the plants have been genetically modified to tolerate.
