Scion biofuels viability report due next month in NZ

In New Zealand, the state forest research arm, Scion, is expecting to release a landmark report next month on the feasibility of producing biofuels using forest products. The Woodscape report, supported by Woodco, the Ministry for Primary Industries, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and Scion, is expected to tackle the question of expanding and scaling results seen in labs and identify pathways towards commercial viability in the field.
