EIA saw 2012 ethanol consumption up slightly through October

In Washington, the EIA said that ethanol consumption through October 2012 was slightly higher than during the first 10 months of 2011 and 2010 while production during that 2012 period fell slightly to 11.151 billion gallons from 11.489 billion gallons the year prior. Net imports are fell during the period through October from the year prior but was about even with the 2010 period.
