Biofuels Digest Index flat at 70.25 despite ethanol gain

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, was flat at 70.25 despite an ethanol gain. Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) jumped 3.40 percent to $30.37 on strong earnings, while Ceres (CERE) dropped 3.94 percent to $4.15. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) jumped 5.56 percent to $0.38. Overall, advances led declines 5 to 4 for the day.
