Biofuels Digest Index hits new 9-month high of 71.10

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, rose 0.44 percent to a new 9-month high of 71.10 as the early 2013 rally rolled on. For the day,Biox (BX.T) plunged 18.00 percent to $0.41, while Syntroleum (SYNM) retreated 4.00 percent to $0.48. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) soared 13.86 percent to $3.78. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
