Biodiesel facility looking for new tenants in Washington state

February 20, 2013 |

In Washington state, the Odessa Public Development Authority is looking for a new tenant for the biodiesel facility it owns that was evacuated in December by former tenant Inland Empire Oilseeds when it went bankrupt. The facility is ready to go, it just needs someone to supply the canola feedstock, and pay the roughly $600,000 a year in rent. Three groups have toured the facility and expressed interest so far.
