$2.65 million sale of Ambrian Energy completed

In the U.K., ShareCast reports that East West Resources completed the sale of Ambrian Energy to HGM Energy. Ambrian was sold for $2.65 million dollar. EWR will focus its attention on metal trading, and it is expected that HGM Energy will keep Ambrian operating.  The article quotes EWR Chairman, Charles Crick, as stating “… we are pleased to have found a new home for the biofuels business with a larger player in the sector, giving AEG a stronger platform for its activities. We can now focus our attention on building our core business in the metals and minerals industry.”
