Biofuels Digest Index recovered to 68.99 as large caps gain

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, recovered 0.39 percent to 68.99 as large caps advanced. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) rebounded 4.83 percent to $3.04, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) tumbled 5.41 percent to $0.35. Among other equities, Biofuel Energy (BIOF) dropped 6.46 percent to $4.63. Overall, advances led declines 8 to 5 for the day.
