Goldman Sacks and Morgan Stanley bullish on corn ethanol

In New York state, Goldman Sachs says that lower ethanol exports from Brazil could lead to an increase in ethanol production with a knock-on effect on corn prices. Morgan Stanley also sees ethanol demand as inelastic due to the lack of viable alternatives in the near term, agreeing that such demand will lead to stronger corn prices this year.
