Potential biodiesel plant in Asturias questioned by environmental authorities

In Spain, the environmental coordinator for the principality of Asturias is questioning the documentation presented for planning permission for a proposed biodiesel plant in the industrial park in Lleu considering how many similar plants around the country have either gone under or been mothballed due to economic conditions. The documents failed to include information such as the size of the parcel the promoters plan to establish the plant on nor how they plan to manage their waste streams.
