Biofuels Digest Index reaches 66.68 as large caps advance

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, edged up 0.32 percent to 66.68 as large caps recovered. For the day, BP was up 2.14 percent to $41.09, KiOR (KIOR) jumped 3.99 percent to $4.17. Among other equities, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) gained 3.41 percent to $9.10. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
