Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 71.08 as advanced biofuels gain

The Biofuels Digest Index™ (BDI), a basket of public biofuels stocks, jumped 1.18 percent to 71.08 as advanced biofuels gained. For the day, Gevo (GEVO) jumped 5.33 percent to $1.78, while Amyris (AMRS) rose 2.57 percent to $2.79. Among other equities, KiOR (KIOR) rocketed up 4.96 percent to $4.87. Overall, advances led declines 7 to 1 for the day.
